Shipping Rates
At Matcha Wear Co, we offer simple, predictable shipping rates based on your order total:

Processing Times
- All orders are custom printed just for you after ordering
- Order processing typically takes 2-5 business days
- Shipping time is an additional 3-7 business days within the US after processing
- Total delivery time: 5-12 business days from order placement
Shipping Carriers
We use reliable shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the items purchased.
Order Tracking
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
- Please allow 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active
International Shipping
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We plan to expand our international shipping options in the future.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
- If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping
Lost or Damaged Packages
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date
- For damaged/defective items, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received
- Please email hello@matchawearco.com with your order number and photos of any damaged items
Return Policy
Custom-Printed Apparel
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Quality issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
Size Exchanges
- We provide detailed size charts for all items to help you choose the correct size
- If you need a different size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Size exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional shipping costs
Unclaimed Packages
- Packages that are unclaimed or returned to us due to address errors will be held for 30 days
- After 30 days, unclaimed items will be donated to charity
- No refunds will be issued for unclaimed packages
