How long will it take to receive my order?

Since each item is custom-made, production typically takes 2-5 business days. Embroidered items may take 3-7 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the United States takes 3-4 business days for Standard shipping or 5-8 business days for Economy shipping.

In total, you can expect to receive your order within 5-12 business days from when you place it. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Where do you currently ship to?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities to international destinations in the future.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a simple, predictable shipping structure:

  • Orders under $50: $6.99 flat rate shipping
  • Orders $50-$99.99: $9.99 flat rate shipping
  • Orders $100+: FREE shipping

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

If you haven't received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@matchawearco.com.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Check your tracking information to verify the delivery status
  2. Contact us at hello@matchawearco.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date
  3. Include your order number and a description of the issue (including photos of damaged items)

We'll work with our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

Once an order has been submitted for production, we cannot change the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Currently, we only offer standard and economy shipping. Since each item is custom-made to order, the production time is the primary factor in delivery timeframes.

Will you ship internationally in the future?

Yes! While we currently only ship within the United States, we are working to expand our shipping capabilities. If you're located outside the US and interested in our products, please join our mailing list to be notified when we begin shipping to your region.
